Created for a large household products distributor, GoCollect allows the orders collection directly from the customers visiting the warehouse, using Windows Mobile handheld barcodes reader.

The collected orders are then sent directly to the administrative department for billing, with a significant reduction in customers’s waiting time. GoCollect can be interfaced with corporate applications for the warehouse inventory.

Available versions: on-line and off-line

• online: it requires Wi-Fi coverage for real-time database queries. Data concerning customers, articles and stocks are directly managed without any need of data transfert – data are read directly from the server.
• off-line: once customers, articles and stock data are imported, it is possible to collect orders without the need of any further data transfer. Orders can be sent by mail or downloaded to the company’s server.
